We will send either a Venmo, Zelle or CashApp request once we are done. If you prefer cash or check, please hand it to one of the cleaning crews after they are done.
Once you send your home information to us, we will reply back with a text estimate, if you are happy with the estimate, we will then send you a few dates/times to pick from. Once you pick your date, we will send a calendar invite to the email you provided. We also send automated text 24 hours prior to each cleaning appointment.
You can try us for an initial cleaning, if you “love” us, we will be happy to offer you a fixed day/time that fits your schedule.
We try to keep the crew assigned to your home. we believe that our crew will get better as they know your priorities and needs as every home is different.
We don’t believe in contracts, if you don’t like us there is no obligation, all you need to do is send a text to us.
We use mostly household products like Mr. Clean, Windex, Vinegar, soap, Bona, Pinesol etc. We will use bleach if there is a need in bathrooms. You are welcome to supply your own products as well as vacuum cleaner as it reduces cross contamination.
Our cleaning hours are 8:30-3:30, our first home starts at 8:30AM and the last one is around 3:30PM. We work at reduced capacity on Saturday, and we are closed on Sundays.
We steam / shampoo carpet, it is great for Move-in and Move-out cleaning or homes with pets and carpet with stains. Carpet shampoo is a different service, and it must be done at a different time. It takes almost 24 hours for carpet to dry completely in an air-conditioned home.
A crew of three or four comes to clean your home, usually it can take anywhere from two hour to four hour depending upon the size of your home.
You don’t have to be there however, for the initial cleaning we would love it if you checked us before we leave as it is a new home for us and we want to make sure you are happy. Most homes we go to are recurring clients and we often have keys or door codes.
Although we only clean conditioned space, we will clean your screened in porch if requested, we will be happy to vacuum your porch and wipe your furniture. We also will change your bedsheets if provided.
We would like things picked up from the floor. If there are a few things, we will be happy to pick them up. However, many small items, legos, toys etc needs to be picked up. We would like the kitchen, bathrooms etc free when we come. Kitchen sink should be free for us to clean your stove tops, burners etc.
We don’t clean dishes however, if there are a few, we will clean them for you.
We don’t fold laundry however if you are a recurring client, we can fold a few for you if we have enough time.
We clean refrigerator if it is completely empty. We don’t clean inside refrigerator if you have food.
Closets and Walk in closets can be vacuumed. We do not enter closets by default however, it can be requested for no extra charge.
We do not clean exterior of house or clean garage. We can sweep an empty garage for Move Out cleaning. We also do not put away dishes, laundry etc. We cannot move large furniture or large amount of trash.
We do not have contracts however, we would like to be notified at least 48 hours prior to an appointment if you need to cancel. If you are sick or in case of emergency, we will be more than happy to cancel on the same day. We also send automated text alerts 24 hours prior to each appointment.
Please send your information to us from our website, “get a quote” page and once we have your information, we will text back with an estimate within a few hours. Once you agree to our estimate, we will send you a few dates/time to pick from. Once you pick a date, we send a calendar invite to the email you provided on our website.
While we allocate a certain time slot for recurring clients, it is not guaranteed as some homes take longer and some takes less. Also, traffic, weather etc. impacts our schedule. We often send texts if we are running late or ahead of time. A lot of our clients leave the doors open for us. We will not bother your if we see you working or if you are in a meeting or conference call etc.
Please text us as soon as you can. The faster your text us the better chance we can fill up that slot. Our cleaning crew pay depends on number of homes they clean and without consistent wages, it’s harder to retain them.
If you reschedule, we will come two weeks from the date as the following week is blocked for another client. We block slot for you until you cancel or reschedule.
